Fannie and Freddie with Potential Accounting Rule
Fannie Mae rose 76 cents, or 4.8 percent, to $16.50 Tuesday, after shares plunged 16.2 percent the day before . Freddie Mac shares rose 69 cents, or 5.8 percent, to $12.60 after a 17.9 percent drop on Monday.
